Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsfull all purpose flour
  2. 10 gmSugar, but put as you desire
  3. 1/2 litremilk
  4. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  5. 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1egg
  7. 11/2 tspyeast
  8. Pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix yeast and little warm water,set aside for like 5minutes,in another bowl mix flour,sugar,salt,Cinnamon and oil.

    Add one egg and the yeast then mix everything together

    Warm the milk,add the warmed milk as you mix to a soft dough

  4. 4

    Oil the dough and cover with a wet kitchen towel and wait 1hr for the dough to rise

  5. 5

    After Rising roll the dough and cut with a glass or any circular object available making sure it is clean

  6. 6

    Deep fry your Mahamri to golden brown, drain excess oil and enjoy with a cup of tea
