Sabse pehle soyabean ko 2-2.5 ghante garam paani mei soak kerke mixer mei uska thick paste banale. Saath he saath aaloo ko boil kerle.

Ab aaloo ko mash kerke soyabean ke paste mei mix kerle or pyaaz or hari mirch ko bilkul bareek kaatke soyabean or aaloo ke saath mix kerle

Ab bane huye mixture mei lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder or namak daal ker acche se mix kerle. Iske baad iss mixture mei neebu ka rass or makke ka aata acche se mix kerle.

Ab ek pan mei thoda sa oil daal ker dheeme aanch pe garam kerle. Ab dono haatho pe thoda sa oil lagake medium ball size mixture le or usse tikki shape deke kebab tayaar kerle.

Ab garam pan pe kebab ko dono taraf se golden brown hone tak acche se sek le or acche se sikne k baad kebab ko plate mei nikal le.

Ab platting kerne k liye dhaniya-pudina ki chutney or tomato sauce le or kebab ko acche se saja le or dhaniye ki patti or pyaaz ki rings se kebab ko garnish kare.
