Hello Hina. Locos is a mollusk, in United States is called Abalone, you cook it in boiling water. I sliced and I cooked some garlic with parsley to serve it. Risotto de mote is peeled whole wheat grain cooked very slowly with the abalone water, mixed with heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Have a good night Hina.
