Ingredients:All purpose flour , corn flour , curd , baking soda , ghee , sunflower oil, sugar , water , saffron,rose essence, food colour , powdered cardamomPreparation:Mix maida corn flour and baking soda in a bowl. add ghee nd food colour in the mixture to make thick add curd nd water mix until become thick leave it over night. make sugar syrup heat water in medium flame add sugar nd mix until string consistency add saffron cardamom powder and rose essence stir well heat oil for deep frying fill jilebi batter in muslin cloth nd put hole in cloth to make circle shape fry till it become crisp and golden . soak the jilebies into sugar syrup for 2 to 3mins make sure that syrup in warm state and take jilebies from the syrup decorate it nd serve warm
