Ingredients

  1. 11/2 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 tspsemolina
  3. 2 tspGhee
  4. 1 pinchnutmeg powder
  5. 1 pinchdry ginger powder
  6. 1/4 cupJaggery or as per taste
  7. As neededSliced Almond

Cooking Instructions

    Take flour and semolina in a bowl add oil or ghee in it mix it well and make a little hard dough with adding lukewarm water.

    Give rest for 10-15 minutes

  3. 3

    Pick a ball (large) of dough and make a thick roti of it (with this proportion you can make only one roti)

  4. 4

    Heat griddle or a Bati oven set roti on it and roast it from both the sides on medium to low flame.

    Crush this roti with hands or in mixy.

  6. 6

    Heat ghee in kadhai add Jaggery and sip of water.. Let it melt and stir it. Give 2-3 boilings.

    Add nutmeg-dry ginger powder in it add crushed roti in it mix it well

  8. 8

    Let cool.. And make small laddus of it. Sprincle slieced almonds on it.
