looks good. I like to spread mayo on the toasted bread. Also you can add a over easy egg, cheese, and pickles with tomato and lettuce. That's what goes on my Sandwich. I've seen people add avocado but I dont care for it.

Perfect,little trouble finding the Japanese mayonnaise, so rich with that extra fat . No extra garbage on an original sandwich, no avocado or fried egg 👍

Yup, the biggest challenge might be finding the mayonnaise! Thank you for trying! Perfect for weekend brunch with Bloody Mary. Someday I will also post my extra spicy Bloody Mary !
