A simple and delicious bread and egg recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Chop the vegetables in cubes
- 2
Cut out the bread from the middle
- 3
Whisk the eggs in a clean bowl and add in the seasonings, spices, and chopped vegetables.

Place a pan on a low flame and grease it with oil, place the outer part of the bread and pour in the egg mixture.
- 5
Cut out the egg excesses and flip
- 6
Dip the cut out bread in the egg mixture and place on the bread.
- 7
Flip again and press lightly till golden brown.
- 8
Serve.
