Its just about fall season here in Florida. Usually I make chili to start out the chilly season ahead this year I wanted to start different. Usually the fall and winter months are full of carbs, I am on a low carb diet. Beans are full of carbs, so i made this low carb soup. Its hearty and delicious. I do hope you give it a try. Oh by the way I will still make chili later on in the season.

A hsm and bean soup recipe I threw together to use leftover ham from Christmas or Easter that I had smoked.

I wanted to make something hearty and healthy for my toddlers. The bone broth takes some time to stew... I like to let it cook overnight and then prep the rest of the soup the next day. You can always substitute the bone broth for packaged chicken or bone broth from store to save time.

Called it the sink soup because so many ingredients. This makes about 3-4gallons according to size of vegetables, and how much liquid you add. The orzo with increase 10× in size, at least.

The English peas were so very green my oldest granddaughter thought I put skittles in the soup. I served this with toasted Italian bread and butter.
