Ingredients

  2. 1/2 cupAlmonds
  3. 1/2 cupWalnuts
  4. 1/2 cupCashewnuts
  5. 2 tbspFlax Seeds (Ground)
  6. 1 tbspMaple Syrup/Honey
  7. 1 tspPumpkin Seeds
  8. 1 tspWatermelon Seeds
  9. 1 tspBlack Sesame Seeds
  10. 1 tspWhite Sesame Seeds
  11. 1 tbspGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Put the dates in a food processor and pulse it. Keep aside.

    Put almonds and walnuts in a food processor and pulse it until roughly chopped. Keep aside.

    Crush the cashewnuts, but not fully. Add it to the almonds and walnuts.

    Grind the flax seeds and keep aside. Lightly grind the pumpkin and watermelon seeds.

    In a mixing bowl, add the dates, all the nuts, all the seeds, the ground flaxseed powder, maple syrup/honey and ghee. Mix it well until the mixture come together.

    Spoon the mixture (1 tbsp size) and roll it into small balls. Refrigerate it.

    No bake energy bites are ready to be consumed.
