Raspberry Custard made with Dates, Walnuts, Almonds and Cashewnuts.
Cooking Instructions

In 1/4 cup of warm milk, add custard powder. Mix well and keep aside.

Take milk in a heavy bottomed vessel and bring it to a simmer.

Add custard milk to the boiling milk and mix well.

Add sugar and vanilla essence and keep stirring in a low flame.

Stir continuously to prevent lumps from forming.

Cook until the mixture thickens. Turn off the flame. Add 2 tbsp mixed nuts into the custard and mix well.

In a mould, add dates and 2 tbsp mixed nuts. Pour the custard over the dates and nuts. Top it with the remaining nuts.

Let it cool completely. This will thicken more as it cools.

Refrigerate it and Serve chilled.
