Most of my homemade Gnocchi disintergrated last time - when I cooked the Gnocchi for about 2 hours - the Gnocchi was partially cooked and cold when I made the dish for the very first time . I used 2 very large Onions this time and 3 tin's of Peeled Plum Tomatoes , filled each tin with cold water and added that also too the non-stick Wok , did use Chorizo Sausage again - Took 2 hours and 30 minutes too cook it all - and I only put the homemade cold cooked Gnocchi in - for the last 1 ( One ) hour of cooking time, did stir after 30 minutes and so the air was knocked out of the Gnocchi . Was more Gnocchi pieces this time
