2 વાટકી ચોખા અને મગ ની દાળ બને મિક્સ કરવું, એક કુકર મા પાણી ગરમ મૂકવું પાણી ગરમ થાય એટલે તેમાં ચમચી મીઠું, હળદર એક પાવરું તેલ નાખવું

ગેસ ઉપર કુકર માં પાણી ઉકડી જાય એટલે તેમાં ચોખા અને મગ ની દાળ ધોઈ ને તેમાં ઓરિ દેવું ચમચી જેટલું મીઠું ચમચી જેટલી હળદર એક પાવરુ તેલ નાખી કુકર બન કરવું પછી તેમાં 3 થી 4 સિટી વગાડવી

નીચે ઉતારી કુકર ખોલી લેવું તૈયાર છે પીળી ખીચડી
