Sorry I didn’t see this earlier, but I know like me we’re getting older and having tooth pain is something we all go through. Try the stroganoff recipe using tenderloin, but don’t marinate the meat or it’ll just get mushy and unappetizing. I also like to roast it whole, after trimming it, fold the smaller end under to make a roast approximately the same diameter, be careful not to over cook as it’s best rare to medium rare
