So I came up with this recipe.I usually let it soak for 2~3 minutes, but if you let it soak just enough, it will be nice and fluffy when you fry it up. I substitute my usual carb intake which is rice with rye bread, which contain high fibre. Avocado and mayo are for the fat, and honey to give a sweet flavour. Yup, that's it. No green veggies for today.
