Ingredients

6 people
  1. 0.5 kgBoiled beans (with the soup/stock)
  2. 2onions
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1tablespoonful garlic paste
  5. 0.5teaspoonful mixed spices
  6. 0.5teaspoonful Royco Mchuzi mix
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Fry your onions till soft. Add the garlic, fry for a minute, add the mixed spices and fry for two minutes.

    Add your tomatoes and cook till they are well cooked.

    Add your beans with the soup/stock and leave some for mixing with Royco. Mix well and cook in a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the Royco mixture, stir, cover for another 5 minutes for the Royco to cook, remove from the fire, let it simmer for some time before serving.

    I served with rice and local vegetables(Mchicha mixed with Lisebebe). Enjoy!
