A new ingredient to the beans to make the stew tastier.....I added Nature's Own Mixed Spices.
Cooking Instructions

Fry your onions till soft. Add the garlic, fry for a minute, add the mixed spices and fry for two minutes.

Add your tomatoes and cook till they are well cooked.

Add your beans with the soup/stock and leave some for mixing with Royco. Mix well and cook in a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the Royco mixture, stir, cover for another 5 minutes for the Royco to cook, remove from the fire, let it simmer for some time before serving.

I served with rice and local vegetables(Mchicha mixed with Lisebebe). Enjoy!
