First of all dry roast puffed rice on medium to slow flame for 2 min. then heat oil in a pan and fry corn flakes and take out with strainer

Add fry corn flakes, turmeric, chili powder, salt in puffed rice and mix well.

Now heat oil in a pan and add mustered cumin seed.

When crackle it add Hing, dry red chilli, curry leaves, green chilli, chopped garlic and turmeric mix well and turn off the flame.

Now add it puffed rice and mix well. now add fried peanuts and other chiwda and mix well.

So puffed rice chiwda is ready. Take in serving plate and garnish with mint leaves.
