i haven't used it yet. the smell is "greenish" (of course) and have some "earth, ground" smell although i have rinse the vegie 🧐 i want to experiment more by adding some unused herbs twigs, and those chicken bones i have been collecting 😋

Ah yes. You had a lot of greens. You’ll have to experiment to balance it out.I like lots or garlic and onion skins and celery bits in mine.
