Turkish stuffed aubergines with beef and tomatoes (Karniyarik) 🇹🇷

Tweaked the recipe by adding smoked paprika and oven roasting the aubergines instead of pan frying first. Turned out better!Forgot how yummy these are. Made them again on my wife’s request.
