Cookies

In a bowl, add butter and sugar, beat in a high speed for 10 min. Add egg one at a time.add vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl sift flour and baking powder.add the pinch of salt.

Combine the flour mix and the butter mix together to form a dough. Spread and with a cookie cutter, cut your desired shape.

Place on a baking tray lined with a foil sheet and bake at 180° for 15 min until golden brown.
