Chocolate and Banana Toasted Sandwich
I once read about a toasted sandwich with a chocolate bar in the middle. With that in mind, I also added a banana to make it even more filling, and toasted it in a frying pan.I guess it's a little fattening, but everyone needs that once a while. For the initial toasting, press down gently until the chocolate melts.Take care to prevent the sandwich from falling apart when flipping it over.If the chocolate flows out, it will quickly burn and become bitter. It's probably best not to press it down too much after flipping it over.Let it cool down a bit, and hold firmly when slicing so you get a nice cross-seciton. Recipe by cafe-cafe

Preservative Free! Homemade Ketchup
We live on a farm so we have lots of tomatoes. This ketchup is one way we use them up. Homemade ketchup has no preservatives, so you can give it to small children without worry. Serve homemade ketchup with your everyday meals to bring smiles to the dinner table.By blitzing it in a blender and then separating it, you can cut down on the time needed to evaporate the liquid. The liquid can by strained (optional) and used in many ways, so it's a waste to evaporate it! Recipe by lecker

Homemade soymilk
This natural soymilk recipe will give you about a gallon. The great thing about making your own is that you know exactly what goes in it, has no preservatives and you can even make tofu from this same milk if you save some sugar free. You get the nutritious Okara left over and can make an infinity of dishes with it. In my country 1lb of soybeans is 69c and I used to buy my gallons of milk for $5.00. Its less expensive and healthier. Give it a try!

Christmas Chicken Stuffing
This is an essential recipe for Christmas. Our family enjoys both rice and bread stuffing, but this is the bread stuffing version. The scent of the spice and herbs reminds me of the Christmas season.Use plenty of spice such as cinnamon and nutmeg to add a more Christmas-like flavor. If the stuffing is too dry, it'll be hard to stuff it into the chicken, and if it's too wet, it won't absorb all the chicken juice. If you can squeeze it with your hand and it sticks together, you have reached the ideal consistency. Wait until the stuffing has cooled completely before stuffing the chicken. Recipe by fanifani

Easy! Refreshing Japanese-Style Sandwich: Shiso and Egg
I got so many shiso leaves every day that I didn't know what to do with them! So, I thought of this to use them up.Nothing really, I just recommend eating it before the scent goes away. If you make it in advance, the flavor weakens, so enjoy it immediately. If you have time, try grating the leaves! Black pepper interferes with the scent of the shiso, so please don't use it. Made With Frozen Bread! Easy and Fluffy French Toast
If you live alone, you end up with lots of extra frozen bread... So I was wondering what I could do to make it into a delicious dish, and ended up with this fluffy french toast.Piercing holes in the bread with a fork helps the flavors penetrate easily. Also, microwaving the bread allows it to soak up the egg liquid while thawing at the same time.If you are making it for 2, you can double the recipe. Or, you can increase the amount of milk and butter only!If you prefer to let the flavors soak into the bread even more, soak the bread at Step 3 for 5-20 minutes.Do not forget to flip the bread.
