Cooking Instructions

Start by peeling ur yam cut it into desired shapes and wash after washed parboil with salt

Break eggs and add the blended Scotch bonnet and chopped onions add Maggie and spices whisk and keep aside

After it's parboiled drain the water and keep for 4 min to cool little, then add oil to ur pot and take the yams and put inside the egg then into the oil gradually after fried it will look golden, enjoy with ur stew or yaji😀😂

I wanted to make a rice gratin (doria), so I made it with instant turmeric rice and it was delicious. This recipe is now one of our family favorites.You just need to stir fry the rice for 2-3 minutes in Step 5.The dish is just baked briefly until the cheese is browned, so make the sauce and the rice at the same time in two pans, and put them in the baking dish while hot.The turmeric is just added for color, so you can leave it out if you like.
