Ingredients

  2. 250 gramghee
  3. 500 mlmilk
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1 cupalmond(optional
  6. 1 cupkaju/cashew(optional)
  7. 1/2 cup kismish(optional)
  8. 4-5elaichi

Cooking Instructions

    Add ghee in the kadai

  2. 2

    Add elaichi (4-5)

  3. 3

    Add chopped carrot

  4. 4

    Add milk to it

  5. 5

    Stir till the milk get absorbed

  6. 6

    Add sugar to it

  7. 7

    Stir it till the sugar gets dissloved

  8. 8

    Garnish with almonds, kaju, kismish (optional)

  9. 9

    Serve hot
