To have fresh spaghetti every time. Don’t mix all the sauce in the pasta. Just put enough pasta on your plate and top it with enough sauce you desire and put some grated cheese. Put the leftover sauce in the fridge and reheat it every time you want. So you get fresh spaghetti every time. :)
