Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins
These are more of a decadent muffin. They're filled with a yummy cheesecake center, making them seem pretty impressive, but they're actually pretty simple to make and they are so delicious! The initial 5 minutes baking at a higher temperature allows the muffin tops to rise up high, like a bakery muffin, but you could just cook them for a total of 23-24 minutes at 350F instead. Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins
These are moist and fluffy. One of my favorite muffin flavors. Recipe adapted from : Sallysbakingaddiction.com

Cinnamon Sugar Mini Pumpkin Muffins
These are adorable and delicious. They remind me a bit of donut holes. Instead of coating them in the cinnamon sugar, you could fold in about 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips right before baking. You can also make these as regular sized muffins...bake those for 17-20 minutes at the same temperature. Recipe adapted from : Sallysbakingaddiction.com

Cranberries Lemon Wilton Muffins
This is the first recipe of muffin that I ever made. I used to fail, the muffin didn't rise well, but I am pretty good with muffins lately, so I jumped into this recipe again and give it a try. The result was surprisingly different from the one that I made before. It was so moist, light and spongy while the previous one that I made was a bit dense with a strong flavor. I used the same recipe with different result, and this time I am satisfied. 😁😁😁 Recipe was got from Ruri's blog (Indonesian blogger)

Mixed Berry Muffins
This is a yummy recipe for when you've got extra berries in your fridge. I used a mix of blueberries, blackberries and strawberries. They are tasty with or without the glaze...I left mine unglazed this time around. Recipe adapted from : Sallysbakingaddiction.com

Bakery Style Blueberry Muffins
This recipe is the same recipe as my Blueberry Bunt Cake. This is the muffin version.

Banana Oat Muffins
These came about because I had some spotty bananas on my counter and just wanted to do something different with them than my normal banana bread recipe. Since my kids are crazy about muffins for breakfast, that's what I had on my mind. You can use just 1 1/2 total cup of either flours instead of mixing both of them with flaxseed like I do.

Mixed Berry White Chocolate Chip Streusel Muffins
These muffins are quick to make . They are great for breakfast, snacks and in lunch boxes. They freeze great. Wrap individually. Bring a frozen one for lunch, or on a hike and it will be thawed when your ready for it! For a warm muffin, thaw one, cut cut it in half and brush with butter and toast in a hot skillet until golden!

Cornbread (Muffins or Bread)
My favorite thing to eat with chili (or any dinner really). I love cornbread! I usually leave out the corn kernels, because of my picky children, but this recipe is delicious either way. Pumpkin Banana Muffins (or Bread)
A perfect baked treat to transition from summer to fall. Sweet but not overly so. Recipe adapted from : wellplated.com

Blueberry Muffin Bundt Cake with Strudel Topping
This is a great muffin recipe. I just ran out of baking papers and decided to make cake. If using for muffins, fill muffin papers all the way to the top. Sprinkle strudel on top. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until toothpick test comes out clean. #cakes
