Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 1/4 cuppeanuts
  3. 1 tspjeera
  4. 1 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1 tspurad dal
  6. 1big chopped onion
  7. 3-4green chillies
  8. Salt
  9. Tomato
  10. 1 tbspncurd
  11. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  12. Oil
  13. Lemon
  14. Red chilli powdr(only if needed)
  15. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Rost the rava in a nonstick pan for a while.till its crispy,remove it in a plate keep aside! Roast the peanut in little oil for a while and remove it in a bowl!

    In a same pan add little oil,add jeera, mustard seeds, urad daal roast it for a while add chopped onions saute well..add green chlies,tomatoes,salt mix well,add curd keepon stiring it,add little water and cook for a while! Now add the roasted rava and quickly mix it well! Add red chilli powder(if needed) add the roasted peanuts and some coriander leaves mix it well🤩take out in a plate garnish it with some thin sev,lemon and coriander leaves! Ready😋
