Ingredients

2-3 servings
  1. 250 gramschicken breast (about 9 ounces)
  2. Peanut Sauce
  3. 150-200 gramsfried peanuts (about 5.3-7 ounces)
  4. 1 1/2 piecespalm sugar (or to taste)
  5. 2candlenuts
  6. 5shallots
  7. 2 clovesgarlic
  8. Chili peppers if you want it spicy
  9. 2 tablespoonssweet soy sauce
  10. as neededOil for sautéing,

  12. 1 teaspoonsalt
  13. 1/2 tablespoonflavor enhancer
  14. Marinade
  15. 2 teaspoonscoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breast to your desired size, then soak in the marinade and add a little water. Let it sit for 15-30 minutes.

    Make the peanut sauce first. Blend all the ingredients, sauté, and add a little water, palm sugar, salt, flavor enhancer, and sweet soy sauce. It should not be too thin or too thick. Finally, taste and adjust seasoning.

    Skewer 3-4 pieces of the marinated chicken on each skewer. Repeat until all the chicken is used.
