Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 4 cupflour
  2. 100 gbutter
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1tblspn active yeast
  5. 1tspn baking powder
  6. Peak milk (1small tin)
  7. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve yeast and sugar with little warm water

  2. 2

    Mix the remaining ingredients together,pour in the dissolved sugar n yeast, combine all together to form a dough

    Kneed the dough for about 30minute,cover it with cling film and place under the sun to raise

    After 30 minutes kneed it again,roll and cut with dougnuts cutter

  5. 5

    Sprinkle flour on a tray and Place the cutted dougnuts on it and place under the sun again for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Place frying pan of oil on fire until hot,then reduce the level of the fire and fry until golden brown then turn to d order side

  7. 7

    Serve
