    Peel the yam,wash it and put little salt,cook it till it's soft

    Put maggi,garlic,pepper and onion inside your mortor and pound it well,then put the boiled yam and continue pounding it till all the ingredients goes in

  3. 3

    Mix it well with your hand and put the sardine inside and mix it again

  4. 4

    Make a balls with it and put it a in a flour,repeat same procedure till all is done

  5. 5

    Break the egg in a bowl,put little maggi and put the balls inside,then fried it using medium heat till brown
