Ohmygosh!!!! Was last minute, had a few medium squash, fresh mushrooms that needed to be used......followed your recipe almost to a T, except I microwaved the initial squash, mushrooms, butter, etc!!!

Oh, ham will be warmed tomorrow, I used one of those small bacon 🥓 packs in place of ham!!!! 😋
