Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbsground beef
  2. 1medium yellow onion, minced
  3. 4gloves garlic, minced
  4. 3-4 tablespoonsolive oil
  5. 1 (14.5 oz.)Can diced tomato
  6. 1/2 cupraisins
  7. 1 cupbeef broth
  8. 3/4 cupManzanillo olives
  9. 1medium baking potato, cubed
  10. 2medium carrots
  11. 3/4 cupfrozen green peas
  12. to taste Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Olive oil

  2. 2

    Sautee onion, then garlic

  3. 3

    Add ground beef and wait till cooked

  4. 4

    Diced can tomato

  5. 5

    Add beef broth. If no beef broth use water then add beef cube

  6. 6

    Add raisins

  7. 7

    Cover the pot for 5m

  8. 8

    Add olives, potatoes, green peas (or canned green peas)

  9. 9

    Cover pot for 10m to cook

  10. 10

    Add salt and crushed black pepper to taste. Optional: add fish sauce

  11. 11

    Cook for a few more minutes
