Inspiration can strike anytime! Sometimes when in the nick of time. I had no idea what to cook for breakfast yesterday. I suddenly thought of a can of corned beef and imagined perhaps I should steam it. I used 15 cm mold (about 6 inches) for this. You can add cheese or other vegetables as well!

Ingredients

30-40 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cancorned beef (200 gr, about 7 oz)
  2. 4small-medium eggs
  3. 1/2 cupflour
  4. 1 tspItalian seasoning
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. Bell pepper, sliced to your preference as topping

Cooking Instructions

30-40 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients except bell pepper. Stir and mix well.

  2. 2

    Pour into a mold. Use bell pepper as topping.

    Steam for 30-40 minutes.

    So pretty!
