Easy Grapes in Crushed Jello

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp
There are many grape jello recipes that use grape juice, but I made this crushed gelatin with gingerale.
Once the gelatin is added, be careful not to boil or else it won't harden well.
Turn off the heat before adding the gelatin. Recipe by mocchi4141
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Heat the gingerale in a saucepan, and add sugar until melted.
- 2
Turn off the heat, and sprinkle in the gelatin powder. Mix well until dissolved. Let cool, then pour into another container and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.
- 3
Once hardened, use a fork to mix. Peel the grapes, cut in half, and remove the seeds.
- 4
Place the gelatin and grapes in serving cups and garnish with grapes.

Jiggly Agar Grape Jello
I had lots of kyoho grapes, so I made grape jello using kyoho grapes!I like the texture of jello using agar, so I always use it.The agar won't harden unless you bring it to a boil, so make sure to boil it. If it doesn't solidify, then transfer it back into a pot, and boil again. Gelatin does not solidify well if boiled, so check out this recipe if using gelatin! For 10 servings. Recipe by Hamumaki

A Slightly Grown-up Wine Grape Jello
When I made"Slippery jelly made with Agar", I made a gelatin version, that calls for a slightly different prep method. If you let gelatin come to a boil, it won't set well, so once the gelatin is added, don't let the pot come to a boil!If you prefer a wobbly texture, I recommend the agar versiontoo. Recipe by Hamumaki

Jiggly Kyoho Grape Jello That is Full of Grapes
This is a rearranged version of a recipe of my own. I learned how to peel the grapes at a restaurant. I remembered that I had left off last year searching for that perfect jello consistency using 100% grape juice. I finished my experimentation recently, and came up with this recipe.・By blanching the grapes, it will be far easier to peel them and the grapes will be prettier.・When using grapes with seeds, cut the grapes in halves and remove the seeds.・The jello is very soft, so it will not set in a short amount of time. Jiggly Grapefruits Jello
I ate this at a French dessert wagon in my neighborhood when I was a bachelorette. This recipe is my attempt to recreate the dish because it was so delicious. If you like it super-jiggly, use 400 ml of juice. This also makes a really nice orange jelly.I recommend you make this in a large container and serve in smaller glasses. Agar, Honey and Grapefruit Jello
I wanted my husband to eat grapefruits without pressuring him too much. The jello will taste much better with lots of juice, so make sure to squeeze and collect without wasting. Please adjust the amount of honey depending on the sweetness of the juice. When using powdered gelatin, transfer 50 ml of water from the measured amount to soak the gelatin to soften. Add to the final procedure. Make sure to bring it to a boil after adding honey. For 6 servings. Recipe by La Land

Orange Juice Agar Jello
I like the texture of thickened agar better than gelatin. This recipe is based off many testings. If agar isn't boiled, it won't harden so make sure to boil it!If for some reason it doesn't harden when chilled, transfer it back to the pot and boil again. If you boil gelatin, it is harder to thicken, so when using gelatin, follow Step 9. Recipe by Hamumaki

Cuttable Canned Fruit Jello
I love jello. I wanted to make a cute jello, so I used canned fruit cocktail. When you can't remove the jelly smoothly from the mold, run a toothpick around the edges. This makes it easy to remove from a glass mold. When the sweetness of the fruit juice alone isn't enough, add sugar at Step 4 (about 1~2 tablespoons). For one 18 cm [7.1 in] square pan. Jiggly Strawberry Jello
I always make strawberry jam around April. When I have any leftover syrup, I stock them up to serve with steamed bread or to make sweets and desserts That's when I made this pretty strawberry jelly It's so jiggly.I didn't use a mold, but if you want to, increase the amount of gelatin (in that case, it won't be so jiggly). Be careful because the jelly will gradually become firm when it's chilled for too long. For 2 servings. Recipe by Shirufi-

Strawberry Yogurt Jello
I make this dessert every spring when it's strawberry season. Jellos are so easy and quick to make. Bavarois made with heavy cream are quite common, but because I'm not a big fan of heavy cream, I usually make lighter jellos using yogurt. Please give this recipe a try - it's so cute and packed with strawberries! The amount or preparation of the gelatin really depends, so make sure to check the instructions on the package. You need enough gelatin for a 750ml mixture. The Morinaga brand gelatin that I used did not need to be soaked in water, and each individual pack was for 250ml of liquid. When using dessert cups (or anything that doesn't require removing from molds), you can use one pack for 300ml of liquid. Recipe by Shirufi-

Egg Jello
I wrote down my mom's recipe.Step 1 through 5 are easy, so you can work quickly. You can substitute powdered gelatin for gelatin sheets. Sophisticated Coffee Jello
Though the ingredients and Steps are simple, I actually put quite a lot of thought into this recipe. For example, I considered what consistency the jello needed to be to crumble it, and also the balance of bitterness and sweetness.I use caffeine-free coffee, so that I can eat this at night and still get to sleep. I use granulated instant coffee, as opposed to the powdered kind.Use a generous amount of cream, otherwise it will be difficult to whisk. Be sure to use any leftovers to make something scrumptious. Delightfully Chilled Magic Tomato Jello
Tomatoes are delicious in summer. I made a refreshingly jello with just a hint of tomato for my tomato-hating daughter. Also, this is magic jello recipe that can transform any tomato into the same sweetness as if you had used fruit tomato. The point is to add sugar, salt, and lemon juice after making the tomato juice. The amount of water will vary even when using just 1 tomato, so add enough water to measure 300 ml. The point is to add lemon juice last! Use fresh lemons if possible. Recipe by yukarin55

Strawberry Gelée with White Wine (Strawberry Jello)
I often make jello with wine. The macerating process in Step 1 brightens up the color of strawberries as well as letting them soak in the sweetness of sugar. This makes the whole gelée really tasty.I sliced the berries in half because they were small. If large, please slice into fourths. For 5-6 servings. Recipe by La Land

Cherry Tomato Compote with Lemon Jello
The tomato compote tastes great on its own, but it's extraordinary when combined with lemon, which is why I combined it with this refreshing and invigorating jello. You can increase the amount of sugar and lemon juice if you want. Let it chill until ice-cold to serve. Recipe by Narisawa

I came up with a way to make a dessert from a peach compote. The jelly syrup is fine kept at room temperature until you finish. There's no need to worry about it hardening, it will harden in the refrigerator. To make it look like a rose, use a wide dish. Recipe by **yuri**

Chunky Fresh Iyokan Jello
I made this classic jello for my family, who prefers their jello on the firm side.I've been making this with Kawachibankan (Japanese pomelo). If you don't use a lot of iyokan, it doesn't look grea, so when you add water make sure it's enough to cover the fruit. In Step 6, if the iyokan is too cold, the gelatin will probably set with lumps, so warm slightly in the microwave just to be safe. Recipe by cafe-cafe

Jiggly Coffee Jello
Don't you crave chilled desserts during the upcoming hot season.I wanted to make coffee jelly for coffee lovers. You won't feel any bitterness or sweetness when it's chilled enough, so I recommend you make both jellies taste rather strong. For a jiggly and chewy texture, add roughly 5 g of gelatin to about 300ml of liquid!
