Easy Grapes in Crushed Jello

There are many grape jello recipes that use grape juice, but I made this crushed gelatin with gingerale.

Once the gelatin is added, be careful not to boil or else it won't harden well.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 300 mlGingerale
  2. 1 tbspGranulated sugar
  3. 6 gramsGelatin powder
  4. 16Kyoho grapes

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the gingerale in a saucepan, and add sugar until melted.

    Turn off the heat, and sprinkle in the gelatin powder. Mix well until dissolved. Let cool, then pour into another container and chill in the refrigerator until hardened.

    Once hardened, use a fork to mix. Peel the grapes, cut in half, and remove the seeds.

    Place the gelatin and grapes in serving cups and garnish with grapes.
