Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsfresh fenugreek leaves
  2. 4boiled potatoes
  3. 2bread slices
  4. 1piece grated ginger
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 2 tbsp kasuri methi
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tspcoriander seeds powder
  10. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  12. 2 tbsp cooking oil for shallow fry
  13. 2 tbsptomato ketchup for serving
  14. 2 tbspGreen chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, peel, and chop fenugreek leaves. Grate boiled potatoes. Make bread crumbs.

    Mix fenugreek leaves, grated potatoes, grated ginger, and chopped onions, and bread crumbs in a mixing bowl. Add all dry masale and mix well and make a dough.

    Divide it into four equal parts and shape them in tikkis.

    Heat a non-stick griddle and put two spoons cooking oil and shallow fry till crispy golden brown color. Flip the side and fry from another side also.

    Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
