Pulled Pork
First time smoking on my pellet smoker this pork butt roast!
Cooking Instructions

Smoker heat 300. I am using mesquite pellets.

Rinse meat and pat dry. Cover meat with mustard. Place rest of ingredients in small bowl and mix well together. Cover entire meat and place on smoker.

Placed in a crock pulled apart and soaked in favorite barbecue sauce on high 2 to 3 more hours. Enjoy!
