Well I had to have some homemade cranberry relish. One of my fall favorites. Well after I made it I had some nice juice left over in the pot. I couldn't waste it. So finally I after entire 2 mins lol. I came up with a great way to use that left over juice. Bingo the sparkling cranberry cocktail was born. I hope yoy about it.

Back in the day when I was studying in Da Nang, I used to eat this a lot. After school, I would head straight to the shop for a 2k fruit dessert. Today, I found some leftover homegrown jackfruit in the fridge, some off-season strawberries freshly picked in Da Lat, newly bought candied gooseberries, and a packet of agar powder. So, I decided to make this dish again. It's been over 20 years already.
