Ingredients

6-7 people
  1. For IDLI :
  2. 500gm Suji,
  3. 500gm Curd,
  4. 1 tsp Eno,
  5. as required Salt,
  6. as required Oil
  7. For Sambhar:
  8. 1small bowl Arhar Dal,
  9. as per taste salt, chilli, Sambhar masala
  10. As neededImli water,
  11. 1 each vegetables like Brinjal, bottle gourd, potato, onion
  12. 1 Tomato,
  13. 3 lady fingers,
  14. As neededpeas,
  15. As needed cauliflower etc

Cooking Instructions

    For Sambhar:
    Soak the Dal in Cooker & whistle it then keep it on Sim for 10 minutes.
    When the whistle finish open the cooker and add all these vegetables in chopped form & water acc. To vegetables. Add Salt, Chilli powder.
    Put it on sim gas for 20 min.
    When the whistle finish blend it with with blender.
    On the other side put a big pan on gas pour half spoon oil in it & make it hot after that put Rai & dry Chillies in it. Add Sambhar from Cooker and add imli water

    And Sambhar masala.
    To make it tastier keep the pan on full gas 5 to 10 minutes. & Boil the Sambhar properly. & Then your Sambhar is ready to serve.

    For IDLI : Mix a Suji & curd to make batter. Make sure that there should not be any lumps in batter. Batter should be smooth. Take one bowl pour some batter in it & add Salt & half spoon of eno in it & mix well. Grease the idli stand with oil then put 1-1 spoon batter in each & every stand. Put the stand in idli cooker for steam for 15 minutes on simmer gas & Then your idlis are ready to eat.

    Now Serve Idli & Sambhar
