Ingredients

  1. 2big squids
  2. 2 piecesgreen chilli
  3. 2 piecesred chillies
  4. stalksOnion
  5. 1 tbspcooking wine
  6. 2 dropsfish sauce
  7. 1/3 tspchicken powder
  8. 2 dropssesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel off the skin of squid.Then make a diagonal slit on the skin.

    Boil a little water to blanch the squid to remove the smell.Then wash in running water

  4. 4

    Heat wook add oil then stir fry the onion stalks then the chillies.

  5. 5

    Add in squid and pour the sauce.Stir fry for two mins only.

  6. 6

    Not more than two mins so that the squid are still tender.Transfer to a plate.
