How To Make Homemade Vegan Burger Buns How To Make Homemade Vegan Burger Buns
I have been wanting to make a full 100% vegan burger for quite some time, but I just couldn't figure out any appropriate way, sadly. I had researched and gone down the rabbit hole. Most just didn't turn out as I expected; too dense, too airy that the buns literally fell apart after slicing. Some even just use avocados as "buns". Yes! IKR?Just when I was about to give up, this recipe happened! I was messing around and thought to myself, "why not add the avocado into the dough?" The rest is history. The biggest challenge is to make a vegan "egg wash" so that the sesame seeds will adhere to the buns. "A simple syrup will do the trick", I thought to myself again. It works! I even sprinkled some extra rolled oats to sorta distinguish this from a normal burger bun. Expect more vegan burgers coming your way. Daniel Lim -

Easy to Make at Home! Yakiniku Rice Burger Easy to Make at Home! Yakiniku Rice Burger
If you like the rice burgers from a certain famous burger chain, you'll like this! It's rather similar!A mold used to make English muffins works perfectly. The rice will dry out if you cook over low heat, so cook over high to harden the surface.Use beef scraps or off-cuts. Cooking the scraps all at once will prevent them from falling out of the burger and they are softer and easier to eat compared to usual yakiniku meat. For 2 burgers. Easy to Make at Home - Yakiniku Rice Burger Easy to Make at Home - Yakiniku Rice Burger
You can make it really quickly if you use thinly sliced meat. It's really easy and you only need one frying pan.I added a shiso leaf because it gave it that home-cooked deliciousness right from my kitchen!● Make sure you shape the rice firmly and tightly!● If you marinade the cooked meat in sauce, it will prevent the oil from spitting (when you put them in the frying pan) and at the same time, you can cook the fried egg.● Putting a pick through the middle of the burger or wrapping it will make it easier to eat and and prevent it from crumbling or making a mess! For 1 serving. Recipe by Emimafin cookpad.japan -
