Cooking Instructions

Mix all dey ingredient together
- 2
Add margarine to dry ingredients and mix well
- 3
Add egg and water, mix till foam a dough
- 4
Take to s board or table and knead for 15-20 min. Or use a mixer to mix for 8-10min
- 5
Cut and weigh each ball as desired mine is 80g each
- 6
Roll each out to form a ball.

Place on a floured surface and allow to rise. Double in size

Fry on a low heat
- 9
Allow both size to fry
