My love for Irish makes me try this recipe, trust me it was delicious 😘
Cooking Instructions

Peel and dice Irish into desired size, then wash

In a pot add little oil, add onion and fry until translucent, add in the pepper mix, and stir fry for 5min
- 3
Add water, maggi and spices then bring to boil
- 4
Add in potatoes cover and allow to boil
- 5
When the potatoes is halfway boil add in the carrot, green beans, slice onions and cover
Allow to boil completely, then add the cabbage cover and simmer for 2min
