Ingredients

8 to 12 person
  1. 1 kgcarrot
  2. 1/2 kgmuttor
  3. 1/2 kgpotato
  4. Half ghatti methi
  5. 1mediym piyaz
  6. Ginger paste
  7. 3tomatoes
  8. 3green chillies
  9. Salt as per your choice
  10. 1 tspn haldi
  11. 1 1/2 tspn red chillies
  12. 1/2 tspn crushed chilli flakes
  13. 1 tspn sookha dhania
  14. 1/2 cup oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut all the vegetables

    Now take piyaz cut into cubes and fry it in the oil light pink hone par ginger, green chillies add karain light sa fry hone ke baad tomatoes dal dain or sath sare spices b dal dain

    Jab masala ban jai tu sb s pehle meethi dalin methi jab thodi si fry ho jai tu muttor add karain

    Muttor jab zara sa pakain tu sath hi carrot dal dain jab muttor or gajar thidi si soft hi jaye tu aku dal dain or halka sa pani dalain sari veggies ko slow heat par pakain tasty and healthy mix veggies ready.
