I fry this doughnut for me and my daughter

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups(full) flour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 tbspnyeast
  4. 1/2 cup+ 1/4 cup water
  5. 1egg
  6. 1/4 cupmilk (liquid)
  7. 1 tbspnbutter

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl pour water and milk,add yeast,sugar and break an egg. use fork to whisk for a minute add flour form a dough

  2. 2

    Transfer to the working surface

    NOTE. Too watery dough you can sprinkle some flour for a tough dough, you can add a tbspn or 2 of water

  4. 4

    Add a tbspn of butter to the dough and knead for 15-20 minutes

  5. 5

    First proofing

    Place the knead dough inside a clean bowl and leave to rise for 1hr or when dough double in size

  7. 7

    Moulding

  8. 8

    Mould

  9. 9

    Place each in parchment paper cover with kitchen towel

  10. 10

    Second proofing

  11. 11

    Leave to rise for 40mins

  12. 12

    Frying

  13. 13

    Fry under low heat

  14. 14

    Enjoy your doughnut with juice or tea
