Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 1 tablespoonground cinnamon
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1 cupvegetable oil
  8. 2 1/4 cupswhite sugar
  9. 3 tspvanilla
  10. 2 cupsgrated zucchini
  11. 1 cupchopped walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    Grease and flour to 8 by 4 bread pans preheat oven to 325

    Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl.

    Beet eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar together in a large Bowl. Add sifted ingredients to the cream mixture, beat well. Stir in zucchini and nuts until well combined, pour batter into prepared pans.

    Bake 40 to 60 minutes, or until tester inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes remove bread from pan and completely cool
