Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 200 gmscottage cheese/ paneer
  2. 1 bunchSpinach/ palak
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 1 tspgaram Masala
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 2Green chillies
  8. 2 tablespoonsoil
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspjeera

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch palak and make a fine pure.

    Heat a pan and add 1 tsp oil Add chopped onions and ginger. Green chilies and fry until translucent.

    Make a paste of fried onion and ginger.

  4. 4

    In a kadai add oil, add cumin/jeera. Let it splutter well, add onion paste and all the dry masalas and saute well.

    Add palak puree, 1/2 cup water, and salt, and boil for 3-4 minutes.

    Add chopped panner cubes and boil for 3 minutes. If you wish you can fry paneer and add.

    Palak Paneer is ready to Serve.
