Cooking Instructions

First, heat half of the ghee. Then add onions, saute well. Then add ginger garlic paste, chopped palak, cashews and saute well. Add the green paste, salt and cook on high flame for a minute.

After cooling this, grind it to a smooth paste. Then again heat ghee, pop cumin seeds and add the drained Paneer cubes and saute well.

Then add the ground paste, all the masalas, salt, soda bicarb and cook for 2 minutes. Then add a spoonful of butter, lemon juice and remove from heat.

Garnish with fresh cream and serve hot with rice and Parathas. Enjoy.
