Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1fresh broccoli
  2. 1fresh pear
  3. 5fresh radish
  4. 1/4 cupsunflower seeds
  5. 1/4dryed cranberries
  6. 1 teaspoonold-fashionned mustard
  7. 1 tablespoonMiracle Whip style salad dressing
  8. 1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
  9. 1 tablespoonwater
  10. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the broccoli, head and stems, in small cubes

  2. 2

    Chop the pear and radishes in small cubes, leaving skin on both

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

  4. 4

    Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
