Omelette with Spring Colours

The cherry blossoms are in bloom and I wanted to add a touch of spring to my omelette.

Line up the ingredients once you've poured the egg in to get an even spread. (Low heat).
Turn the egg over with a spatula. Use processed cheese. It is tasty with lumps. For 2 servings. Recipe by yukanosuke

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2Eggs
  2. 10Edamame
  3. 5 cmFish sausage (Ham or bacon is OK)
  4. 3 sliceSliced cheese
  5. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the edamame from the pods. Slice the sausage and cheese into fairly large pieces.

  2. 2

    Break and beat the egg, then season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Pour a batch of the egg mixture into a pan and cook on a low heat. Evenly line up the edamame, sausage and cheese.

    Roll it as if you were making a normal omelette. Pour in the next batch and repeat step 3.

    When it has cooked, allow it to cool on a rack.

    If your bento box is small, reduce the amount of filling.
