Ingredients

  1. Cabbage
  2. to taste Pepper
  3. to taste Salt
  4. Butter
  5. Little vinegar
  6. 1egg
  7. 1 cupcream

Cooking Instructions

    Cut cabbage,cook until tender,just enough water so cabbage will be almost dry when done. Season with pepper,salt,butter,little vinegar. Beat 1 egg add 1 cup cream. Stir in quickly before removing from heat. Do not boil after adding cream or it will curdle.
