  1. Tomatoes,scotch bonnet,red ball pepper, garlic, and mint

  3. Halfcabbage,10 small carrot, green peas

    Blend your tomatoes, garlic,red ball pepper, scotch bonnet and mint in a blender

  2. 2

    Get a pot,add your oil, allow to get hot,put it in your blended ingredient.and fry for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Add in your green peas and fry for another 10 minutes and add seasoning and salt

  4. 4

    Add in your slice cabbage,slice onion spring and carrots allow to cook for 10 minutes. all done. enjoy with rice, couscous and spaghetti
