Ingredients

  1. 1 slicepork loin (for tonkatsu)
  2. 1heaping tablespoon mayonnaise
  3. as neededBreadcrumbs,
  4. Enough oil for frying to cover the tonkatsu

Cooking Instructions

    Score the pork loin.
